5. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

In accordance with the purposes mentioned in point 4 above, CENTURY 21 BENELUX may communicate your Data to the Real Estate Agencies of the CENTURY 21 Network in the Benelux. In order to inform you about products or services that may be of interest to you, CENTURY 21 BENELUX may also communicate your Data to privileged partners active in the residential real estate sector (e.g. a company that manufactures kitchens or a company that offers alarm systems may offer you its products at an attractive price because you are a "CENTURY 21 customer"). Finally, your Data may be transferred to third parties who process your Data in the name and on behalf of CENTURY 21 BENELUX (hereinafter referred to as "SubProcessors"), in accordance with the purposes for which they were collected (see point 4 above). CENTURY 21 BENELUX ensures that Sub-processors guarantee the same level of protection as CENTURY 21 BENELUX and requires a contractual guarantee that Sub-processors will process your Data exclusively for the authorised purpose, with the required discretion and security.
